Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Research audiences, create targeting strategies, and build conversion-focused funnels.
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and scale winning campaigns.
- Track conversions, leads, and sales using analytics and tracking tools.
- Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and performance marketing best practices.
- Manage multiple ad accounts and client campaigns simultaneously.
- Ensure every campaign reflects accuracy, efficiency, and professional execution.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Clear understanding of paid marketing funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting.
- Experience with campaign optimization, scaling, and budget control.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and a professional working attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines responsibly.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Candidates with strong practical Adobe skills and portfolio will get preference).
